Terms of Service
Last updated June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gong2Sheets (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.
What the Service does
Gong2Sheets connects to your Gong account and your Google account to copy your call data into Google Sheets you control, and to keep those sheets updated on a schedule. You are responsible for having the right to access and export the Gong data you sync.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in access secure.
- You’re responsible for the Gong and Google credentials you connect and for the activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to access data you’re not authorized to access;
- violate Gong’s or Google’s terms, or any applicable law or regulation, including privacy and call-recording laws;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Third-party services
The Service depends on Gong and Google APIs. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. Gong2Sheets is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gong.io, Inc. or Google LLC.
Data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your call data; the synced content lives in your own Google account.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synced data will be complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gong2Sheets and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your accounts. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
